Job Description
You’ll be taking inbound calls from our Spanish-speaking customers which means successful candidates can multitask, have customer service experience, and can navigate through multiple computer systems. Bilingual Customer Service Representatives support customers’ inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while. To be considered for this position, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
