Job Description
Must possess a reliable vehicle along with maintain and provide a valid PA driver’s license, vehicle registration, & auto insurance. CNA License is preferred. The CC will monitor the client for the duration of their care with Always Best Care by completing admission visits, follow-up visits and quality management calls to ensure the client’s care delivery and satisfaction is maintained.
