Job Description
Your duties will include communicating with customers to answer product questions, troubleshoot problems and resolve complaints. Answer customers' questions in a friendly manner and with a smile. Answer customer questions using available resources. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with strong technical knowledge, excellent writing skills and a passion for customer service. To be considered for this job, it is best if you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
