Job Description
Ensure city, state and federal mandated inspections are complete. Coordination with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment. Installation, repair and relocation of building fixtures, furnishings, and equipment essential to the operations and success of the institution. Provides general grounds maintenance including, but not limited to, snow removal and the repair and. Having at least one to two years of experience in a related field is highly desirable for this position.
