Job Description
Answer and return phone calls. Greet patients in the waiting room and walk them to their clinical service area (exam room, triage station, lab). Give any instructions specific to the visit in preparation to the clinical team arriving in the room (instructing the patient to disrobe). The Patient Care Assistant helps to maintain the clinical flow by escorting patients to the clinical area and. In order to qualify for this role, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a similar position.
