Job Description
Serve as the front line contact person for all incoming patients. Must ensure quality patient scheduling, positive telephone etiquette and customer. Must have the ability to be organized, take independent action and project Cooper’s values. Customer service oriented attitudebehavior as well as a pleasant and poised demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. In order to qualify for this role, it is essential that you have at least one to two years of experience in a similar position.
