Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls. Assures accurate data entry of AP check requests, purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash reimbursements. We are looking for a dependable receptionist with a positive attitude to join the Saber Family! Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment entry.
